Jeff R. Dillard
President of Cobra Oil & Gas Corporation

Mr. Dillard serves as President of Cobra Oil & Gas Corporation ("Cobra") and is a 50% owner of the company.  Mr. Dillard has been with Cobra since his graduation from the University of Texas in 1981.  Prior to becoming president, he held the office of Vice President of Land where he was responsible for all land activities and also worked directly with Robert W. Osborne in the management and administration of Cobra. He is former President of the North Texas Association of Professional Landmen and is a former Director of the American Association of Professional Landmen and former Trustee of the Midwestern State University Foundation Board. Mr. Dillard is also a co-owner of Falls Distributing Company, a wholesale distributor for Anheuser-Busch Inc. and shareholder and Director of Property Damage Appraisers Inc. (PDA) and organizer, shareholder and Director of Fidelity Bank in Wichita Falls.  Mr. Dillard is a member of the Young Presidents Organization, a Certified Professional Landman, and holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin specializing in Petroleum Land Management.


Robert W. Osborne
Vice President Cobra Oil & Gas Corporation

Mr. Osborne has been involved in the oil and gas business since 1971.  He serves as Vice President of Cobra Oil & Gas Corporation ("Cobra") and is a 50% owner of the company. In addition to managing Cobra with Jeff R. Dillard, he is responsible for overseeing Cobra's exploration efforts. After joining Cobra in 1976, Mr. Osborne began to focus the exploration efforts on new and more complex geological plays. As a result, Cobra expanded its exploration staff and its technical abilities to meet the increasingly challenging exploration environment. Mr. Osborne and his staff had fully established 3D capabilities at Cobra by 1991. Mr. Osborne was former Manager of Gas Supply for Texas Utilities Fuel Company where he was responsible for acquiring gas supplies from producers and managing a sizeable exploration program. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas and has served on the Board of Directors and as Vice President of the North Texas Oil and Gas Association. Additionally, he has served as Vice Chairman of Parker Square Bank and is currently a Community Board Member of Wells Fargo Bank Texas, N.A.


Richard W. Haskin, Jr.
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Haskin serves as Chief Financial Officer and has been employed by Cobra since 1981. He is responsible for preparation of all financial information including financial statements, budget reports and lease operating statements. In addition, he is responsible for accounting-related activities that include oil and gas revenue distributions, joint interest billings, general ledger accounting, accounts receivable and accounts payable. Other areas of responsibility include risk management, tax planning, employee benefits, banking and auditing. Mr. Haskin is past President of the Wichita Falls Petroleum Accountants Society and is a registered Certified Professional Accountant. He received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Midwestern State University.


Bryan Swenson, RPL
Land Manager

Mr. Swenson serves as Land Manager for Cobra Oil & Gas Corporation and joined the company in 2011. He is responsible for land management including leasing, exploration, maintenance of oil and gas assets, acquisition, divestment and surface relations over various regions and states. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Swenson served as an independent landman. He is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Landmen, the North Texas Association of Petroleum Landmen and the Permian Basin Landmenís Association. Mr. Swenson earned his Bachelor of Science from Midwestern State University and is a Registered Petroleum Landman.


Craig Reynolds
Exploration Manager

Mr. Reynolds joined the company in 1996 as staff geologist overseeing exploration and development projects. He has 22 years of experience in the Arkoma, Ardmore, Ft. Worth, Gulf Coast, Maverick, Michigan, Palo Duro and Permian basins and also the Eastern Shelf and Bend Arch of Texas. He began his career in 1982 as a wellsite geologist and company representative for Gunn Oil Company on a joint project with Conoco, Inc. in the Arkoma Basin. He was previously with Bridwell Oil Company prior to joining Cobra. He is a Certified Petroleum Geologist through the American Association of Petroleum Geologists where he has served in the House of Delegates, on the Ethics Committee and is a past officer in the Division of Professional affairs. He is a Licensed Professional Geoscientist with the State of Texas. Mr. Reynolds served as president for the Southwest Section-AAPG in 2006 and received the John Emory Adams award in 2009. He is also a past president of the North Texas Geological Society and the Oil Information Library of Wichita Falls. Mr. Reynolds attended the University of Texas and earned a Bachelor of Science in Geology with a minor in Chemistry from Midwestern State University.


Rory Edwards
Drilling and Production Manager

Mr. Edwards has over 25 years experience in the oil and gas industry, and serves as the Manager for the Drilling and Production Departments. Prior to joining Cobra in 1992, Mr. Edwards began his career in 1978 with Galaxy Oil Company, serving in various capacities, and later with Pacific Enterprises, working in both the Exploration and Engineering Departments. He oversees drilling and production operations in Alabama, Louisiana, Arkansas, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas with field offices in Oklahoma, West Texas and Southeast Texas. Mr. Edwards graduated from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Geology.


Charlie Gibson
Operations Manager

Mr. Gibson joined Cobra in July of 2007 and serves as Operations Manager. He is responsible for all engineering, drilling, and production activities. He graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering. Mr. Gibson has extensive experience in all facets of engineering and field operations. He began his career with Sun Oil Company in California and Texas in a variety of roles. Thereafter, Mr. Gibson was employed by Burk Royalty Company for 17 years primarily focusing on acquisitions, divestments, reservoir and production engineering, field management, and regulatory compliance in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. A Registered Professional Engineer, Mr. Gibson is a member of SPE and a past Chairman of the North Texas Section of SPE.
