Cobra acquires lease acreage and geological and geophysical data for purposes of assembling exploration and developmental drilling prospects. Cobra is owned by Jeff R. Dillard (President) , Craig Reynolds (Vice President - Exploration), Kyle Gardner (Vice President - Engineering) and Bryan Swenson (Vice President - Land).
